Kenny appears after you lose a song in Story Mode a few times in a row. He'll offer to beat the song for you, but says he can't do it for free. (You need to spend Robux)
Based off his hat and hair, he's most likely the RAT! equivalent of Boyfriend. (I mean, why else would he have that hat?)
