Dots: Mentions the TV in some of his dialog, but says he can't visit "her" because he doesn't have a keyboard.

Billboards: One of the images on the billboards can be "Join me in the TV" with an image below it of Cere(?) in a TV, and more text below it, reading "AFK till the sun dies."

Cere: There's a faceless version of the Cere icon on the back of the TV.

Devs: In one of the trailers for RAT!, we see the 1980-Bloxxin dev standing in front of the TV.

Cere

Cere seems... weird in RAT!. They have two different icons, one of which seems to be a kind of monster Cere, making creepy faces all the time. (They technically have three, if we count the Faceless Cere.)

AFK Till The Sun Dies

This is an actual game made by Cere, apparently. I haven't played it yet, so I have no information on this one yet.
