# **Dummy**

**Dummy** is one of the Main-Side characters who stands behind a stand with a sign saying "Dance Lessons."<br>

He has a house, which is present in the current lobby or in the [Virus Detected](https://ratwiki.semicola.xyz/Cases/Virus%20Detected) case, and based off the picture in his house, he is most likely married and has a child.<br>

**Dummy** can teach you [Dances](https://ratwiki.semicola.xyz/Dances) or give their respective Cards.<br>
Each lesson costs 200 [Cheddar](https://ratwiki.semicola.xyz/Cheddar) or 2000 [Cheddar](https://ratwiki.semicola.xyz/Cheddar) for 10 lessons at once.<br>
{the purchase of Lessons is basically a Gacha roll}

Using Cards you can craft [Dances](https://ratwiki.semicola.xyz/Dances) which you can use during Song Matches.
The Dances can be equipped by opening your inventory, selecting the [Dances](https://ratwiki.semicola.xyz/Dances) tab and pressing "Equip" after selecting a Dance.

Unlike [Shade](https://ratwiki.semicola.xyz/Characters/Shade) or [Dots](https://ratwiki.semicola.xyz/Characters/Dots), **Dummy** is not apart of the Investigation Team.<br>
However, he was dragged into the first investigation case during all the fuzz with his computer after [Viro](https://ratwiki.semicola.xyz/Characters/Viro) happened to possess it.<br> 

Later on during the [Virus Detected](https://ratwiki.semicola.xyz/Cases/Virus%20Detected) Case, he was potentionally threatened to be shot dead during "XML Slammer" due to [Spearmint](https://ratwiki.semicola.xyz/Characters/Spearmint)'s Horrendous Accuracy with a firearm.

# Trivia

Certain bits of dialog from Dummy have special animations. For example, he will actually throw a microphone towards the screen during his "Microphone to the face!" line.
